The project quotation will be sent to the client via email and will contain the cost for the services that Creative Design Hub will offer. After 15 days have passed, Creative Design Hub retains the right to change or decline to provide a quote if there is no response.

Phone conversations about the features or modifications are also taken into consideration, but email acknowledgment is compulsory.

Any additional services beyond the chosen bundle will incur additional fees.

If there are any modifications that need to be made to the features or designs then must be provided to us via email for approval before the final quote is delivered.

Creative Design Hub will not accept responsibility for any alterations performed by the client or any third party which may cause or induce errors within the quoted application.

Creative Design Hub specializes in creating custom designs and services. Thus, under no circumstances will the money spent for any services—including branding and design be reimbursed. Strictly No Refund Policy.

Creative Design Hub retains the right to trademark any designs or services that it sells or produces.

Depending on the nature of the update, Creative Design Hub maintains the right to charge a fee for the service updates it releases.

Your design or branding work that Creative Design Hub creates or provides may be added to our client list and portfolio for online reveal.

The client will be responsible for additional fees for watermark removal if the work we completed cannot be released as Creative Design Hub work at their request.

The source files will be provided once full payment is received. Payment must be made in full before materials are released or uploaded to the server.
